Flannels BYOB (Build Your Burger)
7oz Patty of premium beef, cooked the temp of your preference. Served with lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion on the side. Add additional toppings of your choice for $2 each.

Herb Encrusted Rack of Lamb W/ Black Truffle Mash
Rack of lamb encrusted with garlic, thyme, and rosemary served over a bed of black truffle mashed potatoes and coated in house-made lamb jus.
Bone In Pork Chop W/ Mustard Cream Sauce
14oz Thick Cut Bone-In Pork Chop. Dry Aged, Grilled to perfection and topped with a mustard cream sauce with sliced baby bella mushrooms! Served with starch and vegetable of the day.

Veal Scallopini Piccata
A perfect winter comfort meal with complex and wonderful blend of flavors tangy lemon, briny capers, and a rich, buttery pan sauce that lovingly envelopes the golden brown veal cutlets like a warm blanket. Served over angel hair pasta.

Flannels Steak Salad
Marinated flank steak over a bed of romaine lettuce, bleu cheese crumbles, vine tomatoes, roasted shallots, pepperoncini peppers, and parmigiano-reggiano cheese. Served with house thyme and red wine vinaigrette.

Bone-In Ribeye
Cut in house with a minimum weight of 22oz, and grilled to perfection. Topped with herb butter compote. Served with starch and vegetable of the day.
